We are delighted to announce another significant milestone achieved by our team from the Institute of Cement and Concrete(ICC) currently in Berlin, Germany.
On July 2, 2024, our team from Meru University of Science and Technology was warmly welcomed at The German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) by Dr. Carina, who explained vividly the meaning and applications of Artificial Intelligence(AI) . The visit aimed at exploring collaborative opportunities in cement and concrete production and usage.
Morover, Friederike Frobel, a researcher specializing in interactive textiles at DFKI , had an interative session with our team, as she received a MUST souvenir from Prof. Romanus Odhiambo, our Vice Chancellor.
Present were Prof. Romanus Odhiambo, Vice Chancellor of Meru University of Science and Technology and Project Coordinators Dr. Joseph Mwiti Marangu, Director of ICC, and Dr. Wolfram Schmidt, who tirelessly fly high the university’s flag.
