Terms & Conditions

• Early Bird online registration closes on 15^th February, 2025. After that only regular tickets will be available.
• Full payment needs to be made within 14 days of submitting your online registration.
• Please note that BANK CHARGES are for the delegate’s account if paid via Bank/Wire Transfer.
• STRICTLY NO PAYMENTS will be accepted onsite.
• Name changes will be accepted within the same registration category.
• Delegates are responsible for their own travel & accommodation arrangements.
• Delegates are expected to comply with all relevant legislation governing the host country.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Notification of cancellation of registration must be made in writing and received on or before Friday, 20^th April, 2025. Please note that an administration fee of 10% will be charged for cancellation.
• There will be no refund for all cancellations received after 13^th May, 2025.
• All requests for registration cancellations and refunds to be forwarded in writing to icc@must.ac.ke.
